MORO of the Rossi family is paying homage to the great-great-grandfather's pet and his only helper at that time - a donkey called Moro. Moro is an excellently balanced coupage of deep ruby red colour, elegant and well rounded on the palate. Its nose is fruity blueberry and raspberry with a $ ne note of dark chocolate and black pepper.

maceration with fermentation from 20 to 30 days

AGING
2 years in 30 hl oak barrels

 

 

Excellent with venison and red meat, aged high fat cheeses and chocolate sweets
