Chardonnay of the Rossi family is wine of a fine, straw yellow colour, crystal clear, partially thick. On the nose the fruity and floral aromas are intertwined with the aroma of a bread crust. On the palate mineral and fresh with a hint of vanilla and a long-lasting aftertaste.

AGING

6 months on yeast, of which 75% in inox (stainless steel) barrels and 25% in 10 hl French oak barrels

VINIFICTION

maceration for 12 - 24 hours at 10°C
pressing, fermentation

Excellent with chicken dishes, hard cheeses and seafood appetizers on temperature 10-12°C.
