I've been drinking this wine a year ago, but in 2012 I have been picking up the best Posip I've ever tried. The casket is clear, pale yellow, with no objection. The smell is something special. A serious and complex nose that will not bother you with a flamboyant fruitiness that is already well-groomed, a real gentleman. The taste is a lot, smoother and very harmonious. "- Saša Burić, restaurant" Bota "

Excellent visual design of labels and bottles that delivers sophistication ++ Transparency of wine is a fantasy. This wine is crystal in a glass, light yellow. An intense smell is felt on the nose. The taste is nice to the smell and this wine is beautifully rounded and balanced. "- Petra Svetina, the restaurant" Združenje "Slo

A fine elegant bottle and a brilliantly designed label that displays the so-called " "pergola breeding". The color of the wine is golden honey, very seductive and excellent transparency. The taste is very fresh, quite light and very good. "-Ivan Kranjec, restaurant" Iko "

Posip Milan in 2015 is a beautifully balanced wine that, texturally, unites the cremation (the wine spends half a year in large barrels), and the exquisite freshness. Milan's Pošip on the nose is floral - fruity, with slightly green, herbal elements, while the taste is distinctly fruity, which is different from most of the island's Pošip. Red apples and pears are the main taste elements. Apples have long been felt in the aftertaste, which, however, possesses a slightly sweet, mineral character. However, Milan's Pošip has definitely the most perfect balance of all its elements. It is a very serious, elegant character of wine, which shows the potential of some Dalmatian land areas when it comes to white varieties: Milan Pošip is definitely one of the finest Dalmatian white wine. Ivica Milan produces relatively small quantities. They told us there were no more than ten thousand bottles a year. We sincerely hope that some of these ten thousand bottles will come to Zagreb as soon as possible - We do not remember that we saw his wines on the maps of Zagreb's restaurants.
Sabatina 2018. - Gold medal

Even though we tried it with fish Trilj, which went very well, we think that Milan Pošip because of its medium body size and the optimum combination of creams and freshness can be fine with noble white fish, large crabs, roasted chicken and classic white sauces such as beurre blanks and lizards and whipped cream.
