Lirica is a top-quality red wine of the Plavac mali. It originates from grapes from the southern slopes of Žuljana. From the terraced vineyards of the Plavac mali, the view goes of the small island of Lirica, by which the wine was named. The wine is a dark ruby ​​red, with beautiful ethereal scents of black berry fruit, a scent of override cherry as well as refreshing notes of dried plums. Due to the specificity of the position and the sloping terrain, all jobs in the vineyard are performed manually. It is typical of limestone soils, with plenty of stone (soil specific white, so-called "Mujara"). Because of the autochthonous variety and ecological conditions of production, the need for protection is minimal. Some vineyards are older than 50 years and are more resistant to drought, thus improve the maturation and grape extracts. Grapes are picked only manually in the crates. Grapes for this wine ferment in stainless steel vinifiers. Maceration is 10-12 days. After fermentation, the wine is ripeing in stainless steel tanks for 24 months. After filling, the wine is left for 6 months in bottle before being put into sale.

A wine of beautiful ethereal scents with black berries fruit, a base of overripe cherry, and refreshing notes of dried plums. There are also many other aromas, such as dark chocolate, tobacco and grapes of Plavac mali. In the mouth is skillfully balanced freshness and strength, tannins and sweetness, extracts and acids. The duration of wine in the mouth is long, with final feeling of sweetness and tannic strength. It has a good potential for ageing and storing in the bottle.

Contains 12.5 - 15% alcohol. It is best served with tougher meals, that is, with the specialties of the game and with the best dishes of dark meat and oily fish. Wine served at 18 ° C.
