DESCRIPTION OF HARVESTING AND PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY:
With qualitative screening, the grapes are harvested in optimal ripening conditions, suitable for wine with a lower percentage of alcohol. It is processed by the traditional technology of red wine processing with maceration for up to 15 days in an indoor atmosphere. The grapes are harvested and processed separately, and after the fermentation is completed, they are typed in the given ratio.

DESCRIPTION OF ENOLOGIST:
Encouraged by the idea of creating a light and drinkable red wine by combining these three varieties, we got the desired lower alcohol wine, light tannin structure and softness. Basically primarily a very fresh and drinkable red wine with distinctly beautiful aromas on berries. A true summer style of red wine.

GASTRO RECOMMENDATION:
First of all, a refreshing and easy to drink daily red wine. In gastronomy, it is recommended with grilled fish and meat, and at the end of the meal with fine soft and slightly ripened hard cheeses with roasted almonds and fruit.
