Malvazija is the basic variety of all Istrian winemakers and, to make it more exciting, we decided to do something differently: We aged malvazija in barrique barrels of acacia. It gives this wine a specific flavor, while keeping the initial freshness of wine and all of the characteristics of Istrian Malvasia, which we consider to be very important.
