The Pazinska malvazija was the term for quality in the eighties and nineties of the last century. It used to be known and enjoyed throughout Europe, and today it is in the production of Vina Anđelini. Grapes come from old famous vineyards on the outskirts of the town of Pazin, from where superb grapes for Pazinska Malvazija used to come from. The grapes are handpicked and quickly processed and vinified in stainless steel barrels, just as in the former Pazinska Malvazija.

The wine is characterized by a pronounced freshness, it goes well with a wide range of dishes, and is loved by the most demanding winelovers.
