APPEARANCE Crystal clear, light yellow in colour with flashes of green highlights.
SCENT Pronounced, stratified, pleasant and clean with intense and extremely numerous predominantly fruit aromas of lime and peach, apricot, and with traces of tropical fruits. Fresh herbal and sweet floral tonnes in the background.
TASTE Refreshing and moderate, of attractive and intense flavour that exudes with freshness and fruitiness. Quite dry at first, with sweetness and fruitiness in the middle and a pleasant sweet finish. The balance between lively sourness and mild sweetness creates a savoury taste and in the end gives the impression of a dry wine. The retro-flavour is clean and solid length, with attractive citrus fruits and pronounced minerality as the final seal.
OVERALL IMPRESSION An extraordinary wine full of freshness, rich in aromas and flavours. Serve with white fish, light risotto with vegetables or seafood, cold starters, fish carpaccio or light main dishes with white meat. Classic sushi or sashimi are a perfect match. Serve chilled at 10 °C.
