PINOT NOIR - Sirovica

Dry wine, full-bodied, deep in color, with soft tannins. The aromas of raspberries, wild strawberries, and cherries mingle with roses, violets, incense, and notes of oriental spices. Also known as BLACK BURGUNDY, it is picky about the soil climate, the way it is treated during ripening, and the treatment after the grapes have been picked, and is an extremely demanding wine in the cellar. It enjoys eastern positions bathed in the sun from the morning hours with a light breeze. Aging is always best in wooden barrels for up to two years. This is how it achieves a rich texture and a pleasantly strong body. A very demanding grape, but with painstaking and persistent effort, the perfect wine for your palate.

Macerated for 12 days, matures for 500 days in 1500 liter Croatian oak barrels. Dedicated work in the vineyard, the exceptional Plešivica terroir, and constant care in the cellar bring Pinot Noir to superb fruity aromas, a refined body, and pleasant tannins with a sandy structure.
