Ruby red color, intense fruity scent of currant and raspberry, floral scent of violet, refined freshness, red pepper eventually prevail. The taste is rounded with fruity, soft and fresh herbal notes enriched with spicy clove tones, gentle tannins, expressed with harmony and elegance.

Aging potential: 7 – 10 years

Pasta with meat sauce, scrambled eggs with sausage. It goes elegantly with grilled sardines, black risotto, salami, prosciutto and medium-aged cheeses.
