The wine is a beautiful red ruby with granite edges, the wine is clear and partially tasty. On the first smell, a ciderberry jam is opened, followed by a dark chocolate note followed by a little smoke and skin. After that, vanilla notes are opened and then a few spice elements like black peas, cloves and a small note of cedar. So we can conclude that the complexity of the fragrance is rich. The wine is dry, warm and pleasantly soft, on the other hand it lacks some freshness, and is partially fresh, but tannins are very fine and soft with a small granulation. The wine is very tasty and is nice to drink and has a full body. It is partially balanced because of the small lack of freshness, the intensity of the taste is pronounced, and it has a long lasting longevity in the mouth. Its quality is fine, and on the aftertaste there is a note of currant. The wine is in excellent condition, it should be consumed, and I recommend it with a toasted steak, medium-baked.
Serving temperature: 16 - 18 °C
It best combines with red meat dishes. Look out for its origins and age, serve it with beef, chicken breast, game cheetah, lamb chops. It also comes well with stronger spicy dishes.
