Libertas, as his name suggests, is pure freedom hidden in the wine bottle. Libertas is a top-quality dry red wine of the Plavac mali variety. Wine is a distinct dark ruby red in color. It is characterized by the richness of smell and taste, and its roundness and elegance in the mouth. The slopes on which vines are grown have 2568 sunny hours per year, which is why grapes from this area are of high quality and specific taste. Due to the specificity of the position and the sloping terrain, all jobs in the vineyard are performed manually. These are typical plains with limestone soils, with plenty of stone (soil specific white, so-called "mujara"). Because of the autochthonous variety and ecological conditions of production, the need for protection is minimal. Grapes for this wine ferment in stainless steel vinifiers. Maceration is 7-14 days. After fermentation, the wine is ripeing in stainless steel tanks for 30 months. After filling, the wine is left for 6 months in bottle before being put into sale.
Annual production: 4500 liters.
