A more approachable Plavac that will make it easier to start a conversation and the one that the drinker won’t have to woo for a long time for it to surrender itself to him/her, but it’s not any less interesting. Dry, mid-bodied (13 % alcohol) with cherry and blueberry aromas. It is an excellent companion to meals made with venison, red meat, either barbecued or added to casseroles and stews of any kind, and hard cheeses made of cow’s and sheep’s milk.
Technological data: selective Plavac Mali vintage in the position of Smrčeva vala with optimal grape yield, vinification in stainless steel barrels, aging in barrels made of Slavonian and American oak for a minimum period of 12 months and another 8 months in bottles.

Granite red colour with a watery edge that suggests ripeness.

Medium intensity aroma of ripe blackberries and black cherries, peppercorn and Mediterranean spices
Flavour
Dry, light medium body; sufficient acids with the low structured profile ensure freshness upon drinking, very harmonious with a refreshing finish.
