PLAVAC MALI PELJEŠAC - Drače

Premium red dry wine, blend of five different positions in municipality Janjina. Wine made for restorans because of light alcohol and freshness. Blend of five diffenet position which some of then are peaks of hills, combinations of red and white soils, vineyards from fields which gives this wine minerality and freshness which some times Plavac mali
needs. Also we blend grapes of Plavac mali from cliff positions by the sea on southern positions of peninsula Pelješac which gives this wine sensation of dry candied fruits. After we found exact procent of blend for this tip of wine, we put 50 % in barrique barells for 4 years. Barriqque is made from American oak MT+.
