Description of varieties: This blend includes three Dalmatian varieties widely known for their top quality. Rukatac, better known as Maraština, and Pošip bijeli, Dalmatian varieties that are characterized by their full flavor and pleasant varietal aromas, are wonderfully complemented by Malvasia dubrovačka. Malvasia produces wines of exceptional quality, harmony, and full flavor. The intensity of the aroma and satisfying acidity is what sets this variety apart from other southern varieties, and is what contributes to the harmony of this blend.
Appearance: Clear wine of light yellow to golden color.
Aroma: Complex and pleasant aroma of tropical fruit and honey with notes of floral and citrus aromas of medium to strong intensity.
Taste: Harmonious taste with a beautiful structure. At first sweet, after which the acids become more pronounced, giving the wine a slightly "lively" flavor. The wine finishes spicy, which gives it a special character with a pleasant and medium-long aftertaste.
General impression: Rich dry white wine with luxurious aromas and harmonious taste.
Gastro recommendation: Goes well with seafood, shrimp, seafood risotto, mushroom risotto, mushrooms, nuts, onions, pasta, poultry, fresh, semi-hard or hard cheese.
Serving temperature: 12 °C
