The character of this wine is well-liked with its name, because it was partially cut into barrique acacia drumsticks, which gave it fullness and strength, but still had a remarkable aromatic profile and beautiful freshness.

"The wine is beautifully yellow, crystal clear and partially dense. Wine is slowly opening in the glass. On first, it smells of fresh peach and pear, are followed by fresh notes flowers of acacia and mint. a little bit of sage, and at the end soft smell of butter. The complexity of the fragrance is rich, the wine is dry, partially warm and partially soft, and on the other hand it has a solid freshness and is tasty with the medium body. It is balanced, the intensity of the taste is expressed and the taste is persistent and plesent. The wine is harmonious and nice to drink and it is in a very good shape. At good conservation conditions it can last for at least three or four years. It goes well with risotto of dondola shells."
