VARIETY DESCRIPTION: High quality grape variety of French origin. Pinot Gris generally gives the wine a more intense color than other white wines. The wines are usually dry in taste, good in structure and pleasant in acidity, and are characterized by fruitiness and a specific aroma.

APPEARANCE: Crystal clear straw yellow color.

AROMATIC PROFILE: The aromas are clean and lively, the aroma is dominated by the pleasant smell of tertiary maturation aromas, and the primary aromas of green fruit reminiscent of a pear are felt retronasally.

TASTE: The wine is elegant, creamy on the tongue, with a good structure, sensitive acids and a mature taste.

GENERAL IMPRESSION: Serious aged Pinot Gris that exudes elegance. Clean aromas, balanced taste and creamy the finish on the palate make this wine a great pair to many dishes.
