Description of the variety: Rizvanac is a famous German variety. Where with one of the parents of this variety - Riesling, holds a central place in the history of German winemaking. It gives a light wine with a floral aroma with
slightly low acid than Riesling. The wines of this variety are best for enjoying as young and fresh.

Appearance: Clear wine slightly greenish.

Scent: A pleasant herbal-flower aroma of medium intensity with muscat notes.

Taste: In contact with the tongue, it gives a sense of minerality which makes this wine crunchy and refreshing.
Furthermore, this wine is a lightweight body where the acids and the remainder of the unprocessed sugar are nicely supplemented.

General impression: Simply refreshing wine of light aromas, and an excellent example of the Rizvanac mild
muscat aromas.

Recommendation: It goes well with green vegetables, legumes, bulbs, seeds, pasta, rice, white meat, white fish and green spices (basil, oregano), soft or fresh cheese.
