Apuška brandies are completely natural fruit brandies, made exclusively from fresh, healthy and ripe fruit from our beautiful Slavonia. The careful and detailed processing of this fruit creates a brandy, to which, in order to enrich the traditional recipe, only organic additives are added today - top-quality pectolytic enzymes and selected yeasts. The fruit brandy prepared in this way is placed in a specially designed barrel and undergoes anaerobic fermentation in the controlled conditions of the century-old cellar of our family home.
Once fermented, the brandy is then transferred to a traditional copper kettle, where the heart of the brandy is separated - its highest quality part - using the double distillation method. Only the highest quality distilled water is added to the resulting product, and all that remains is for the brandy to age in suitable containers.
Like every traditional recipe, our Apuška recipe also hides the secret of the superior aroma and flavor of the final product. We will keep this secret to ourselves, but we will emphasize that it is achieved without the addition of artificial aromas, colors, flavor enhancers, sweeteners and other additives.

Our Pear is made from ripe, hand-picked pears (Williams), with strictly controlled fermentation and fine distillation. It is produced according to a traditional recipe and aged in stainless steel barrels. It is clear, transparent, recognizable by its intense aroma of ripe pear and harmonious taste with a long finish.
It is best served well chilled, as an aperitif, at a temperature of 10 - 12 ° C.
