Characteristic of the variety, the wine is straw yellow in color. The taste is dominated by flavors of grass, apple and elderberry. Typical of the growing area, the acids are more pronounced, which contributes to drinkability and freshness. The wine is nicely balanced. The ratio of alcohol, acids and minerals is well-balanced, making it very harmonious.
The wine pairs well with white meat dishes, white fish, and lighter cheeses, but due to the already mentioned more pronounced acidity, it will also taste great with dishes with moderately strong sauces. It also pairs well with desserts with stronger nutty aromas.
