Lumbarda is known for its Grk, the autochthonous grape variety which grows only in the sandy vineyards of the Lumbarajsko field. In this small place the Lovrić winery is also located, which has for generations produced the top-quality wines Grk and Plavac Mali as the result of the blend of tradition, modern technology and enology. The winery and tasting room are located on the ground floor of the family house. The rest of the OPG's offer consists of a restaurant and accommodation facilities.. It is very important that the family of Renci Milina offers a type of tourism which strongly contributes to the promotion of Croatia as a wine destination because they have found an excellent way to implement top-quality winemaking into the overall tourist offer. They are not the only ones who do so – which is, after all, a good thing – but in any case they are a very good example. This is proven by their investment in the newly renovated premises of the winery and the tasting room, in the atmosphere of which the connection between the people, the island, the sea and top-quality wine from this specific position is beautifully demonstrated.
