Soldo Winery has existed since 2011. We grow graševina, Chardonnay, traminac, Pinot Gris and Manzoni, an Italian hybrid, the crossing of Rhine Riesling and Pinot Blanc.
Our best sold wine is graševina. We also have red varieties – Merlot, Zweigelt, Pinot Noir and the popular Alicante. We produce 85 percent of white wine and 15 percent of red. All wines are produced using modern technology, with controlled fermentation and temperature. We have a modern pneumatic press and we use the flotation technique for the must, and everything is done according to modern standards.
