Fiolić Winery produces 20,000 bottles of wine, markets its products in restaurants throughout the region, and as a small, boutique winery is recognized and accepted in the market in the offer of top wines in the region. The newly opened tasting room of the Fiolić winery has become a pleasantly visited and pleasant place to socialize, where guests very quickly gain a sense of belonging, recognizing family tradition and love for wines.
They produce top quality Maraština and Malvasia from white wines, as well as Cuvée Blanc, Rosé from plavina and grenache varieties. The production of red wines is based on Merlot varieties as well as two couvees from the Grenache and Syrah varieties, and from the Merlot and Cabernet varieties. In addition to wine, Vinarija Fiolić produces Maraška cherry liqueur and fig liqueur, for which it has received various recognitions and awards both domestically and internationally. Liqueurs are produced by the traditional method, hand made, and the special feature is that desalinated and then demineralized sea water is used in the production, thus giving the liqueurs a unique taste.
Today, the Fiolić family winery is an unavoidable point of visit for both local and foreign guests, part of many wine lists of esteemed restaurants in the region with wines and liqueurs of special taste and top quality. The combination of tradition and the development of new technologies based on indigenous varieties is what the Fiolić family lovingly produces in their winery.
