ABOUT THE VARIETY: This variety belongs to the Muscat family, which originates from the Middle East. The wines are bright greenish-yellow in color, harmonious, often with the rest of unfermented sugar with a pronounced nutmeg aroma.
APPEARANCE: The sparkling wine is clear, golden in color, adorned with elegant pearls that take place in uniform chains.
FRAGRANCE: The nutmeg aroma is subtle in smell, and is expressed by the contact of the champagne with the tongue, which leads to an intense release of carbon dioxide and filling the mouth with a recognizable nutmeg aroma.
TASTE: The content of acids, sugars and the body of sparkling wine in combination with carbon dioxide make it very tasty, drinkable and refreshing.
GENERAL IMPRESSION: Delicious and refreshing sparkling wine Muscat yellow whose aroma is not in the foreground, but with the structure of taste fits into a harmonious whole.
