A wine  featuring all the characteristics of its famous cousin from Burgundy.

Transparent, straw yellow. Dense oilly texture, difficult to swirl, falls quickly to the bootom of the glass, implying a serious wine.

Very precize and rich on the nose, with a wide pallete of meadow flowers, accacia and linden. Appearing in the finish are yellow fruit and honey aromas.

In this unobtrusive, yet impressive wine, taste accompanies the nose aromatics. Memorable and succulent. Moderate but firm body. Soft, fine alcohols that give a lot of sweetness parry the freshness and the expressive minerality which keep the wine in perfect balance.

This wine is a proof that with proper care Pinot Blanc can give excellent results in the vineyards of Zelina.

Food pairing recommendation: dried meat, octopus under the baking bell, river fish and lighter hard cheeses.
