This dry rosé made of Cabernet Sauvignon  is the ideal refreshing summer wine that is the ideal aperitif selection, and a reliable companion to red stews and pastas with sauces made of tomatoes, as well as salads with mozzarella, tomatoes and olive oil. It is the number one choice for summer with its suitable alcohol component (12.5 %).

Technological data: regular vintage of Cabernet Sauvignon with optimal grape yield, vinification under controlled conditions 15 – 18 °C in stainless steel tanks, a section macerated prior to being pressed for a period of eight hours, separate fermentation, filled and coupaged prior to fermentation.

 

Colour

Lighter amber – copper colour with a pink hue and crystal purity and clarity.

Aroma

Primary pomegranate aroma, candied orange peel, marzipan and raspberry.

Flavour

Dry, light body, good concentration of fruity aromas and crunchy acids, harmonious and elegant, aftertaste of medium longevity.
