Technological data: traditional vinification in stainless steel tanks for a period of 14 days, aging in barrels made of French, Slavonian and American oak for a minimum period of 12 months, bottle aging for a period of two months.
Colour
Wine of a darker granite red colour with a watery terracotta meniscus that suggest the wine is aged, very clean and clear, transparent.
Aroma
Primarily dominated by floral aromas and aromas of ripe red and blue fruits (cherries, red plums), aroma is of medium intensity and concentration, upon opening herbal aromas intensify and in the end, the tertiary aroma of leather and spices dominates.
Flavour
The wine is dry, very soft and rounded, with luscious smooth tannins, nicely structured and with a harmonious light medium body, with a more notable fruity-spicy intensity and concentration, and an aftertaste of medium longevity.

Goes well with all meat dishes and cheeses.
