Top quality red wine, soft and creamy, full-bodied, of a tendentious ruby colour with shades of purple. With discreet cherry and black fruit fragrances, this harmonious fruity wine stands out with its steady and lasting medium-intensity harmonious taste. On the palate it offers traces of black cherries, plums, blackcurrants, strawberries, blueberries, spices and coffee. The freshness and gentle acidity are excellently balanced with the warm alcohols. This merlot ages in the winery, without the presence of wooden barrels, enhancing its natural fruitfulness and airiness.
A discreet fruity note takes the credit for excellent pairing of this wine with various dishes, especially: dark meat dishes, game dishes, Italian cuisine, but also all types of stews. It also pairs well with a wide assortment of cheeses.
Best served at a temperature of 16 do 18°C.
