A white, dry, high quality wine with a straw-yellow colour. Of essence and character. It prefers the top terroir, and north Dalmatia is its natural ambience. It is characterised by the elegant aromas of ripe fruit and honey and a fullness of taste. The durability of the taste and the pleasant fruity aromas makes it the perfect choice both of women and men. Its flavour is harmonious and refined, and the alcohols are moderate, warm and harmonious with complexity.

It goes well with food of a gentle aroma, poultry meat and hard cheeses, and especially with top-quality white fish.

Best served at a temperature of 10 °C.
