The other side of the coin, heads or tails, a twin brother in this red pair of Cabernet Sauvignon Saltwater. In the sensory sensations of a drinker it lags behind his brother, but just slightly! It’s all there: mineral note, freshness, elderberry aroma, balanced medium body. Ideal as an aperitif, but also as a wine that pairs well with all white fish, white poultry, as well as pasta and risottos with sour cream based sauces. As you enjoy it with asparagus and artichokes, as long as you are not ascetic, regardless of whether you want to or not, you will easily set off to follow the distant mirage, as Baudelaire once said it expressively!

Technological data: three vintage stages of the Sauvignon Blanc variety. Complete defoliation. Thirty percent of the grapes macerated for a period of 6 hours. Fifteen percent of the wine fermented in wooden 500 l barrels made of American and Slavonian oak. Bottle aging for a period of 4 months.

Colour

Pale hay-yellow colour with a greenish hue of medium viscosity and crystal purity and clarity.

Aroma

Primary aromas combine the very intense elderberry flower fragrance with the herbal tones of cut grass and minerals; very intense in terms of aroma, herbal – floral character.

Flavour

Dry, fresh, with a light body of accentuated intensity and concentration of floral-herbal aromas, balanced with refreshing lively acids and a short aftertaste.

It goes well with dishes like fish, poultry, as well as pasta and risotto. It blends nicely with ripe and soft cheeses.
