DESCRIPTION OF HARVESTING AND PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY:
With qualitative screening, the grapes are harvested in optimal ripening conditions, suitable for wine with a lower percentage of alcohol. It was processed in conditions of internal atmosphere with short cold maceration and processing in controlled inert conditions in stainless steel tank fermentation and ripening on a fine precipitate until filling lasted up to 3 months.

DESCRIPTION OF ENOLOGIST:
Basically primarily a very fresh and drinkable wine with expressively beautiful floral aromas. With the idea of connecting Žlahtina and Malvasia, we purposefully sought an upgrade in the combination of common similar characteristics of these two varieties.

GASTRO RECOMMENDATION:
First of all, a refreshing and easy to drink aperitif wine. In gastronomy, this wine will be a very nice accompaniment to all fish dishes, pasta and white meats.
