The designation generated by the vinarnice.hr webpage in order to connect a certain wine (its card) to the page of the corresponding winery. A designation once added is not changed again and it becomes a replacement designation for the name of the wine. It is an internal designation within the Wineline system which serves for easier navigation within the system of services. The number attached is also unique in search engines and so simplifies the search for a specific wine. It is very useful on wine labels because it gives users easy access to information – for example, cwb030901 – cwb (Croatian wine bottle), 0309 – ID of the partner winery, 01 – the number of the wine.

Barcode scanning

A way of providing information through the barcode on the bottles of our partners’ wines. Today’s technology enables users to scan barcodes with their smartphones. Search engines then automatically give them information about the product, in this case wine cards. The purpose is the same as that of the cwb – making access to the information on our webpage easier.
